Rare Gorham Arts & Crafts sterling silver sauce gravy ladle in a hammered surface and with mixed metals design on the handle of two cherries, leaf and twig in bronze, and with a second leaf in gilded silver. Circa 1885. Excellent condition. Marks: stamped with the Gorham logo (lion, anchor, G) "sterling & other metals", and with the name of the retailer George H. Ford. Size: 6" length.

Georg Jensen, Denmark, sterling silver sauce boat with matching ladle. Designed by Georg Jensen in 1912 with blossom and leaf motifs. Stamped on underside of foot with Georg Jensen marks for 1915-1932 and also struck on the side of the body with English import marks for George Stockwell, 1928. Excellent condition. Size: 8 inches length x 5 inches height x 3.75 inches depth. Ladle measures 8 inches in length.

An early Georg Jensen, Denmark three-piece sterling silver coffee set. Pattern designed by Georg Jensen in 1906. The coffee pot and hot milk jug are each stamped with the pattern number '1A,' whereas the sugar bowl is stamped '1'. Early Jensen marks, see photos for details. Hand hammered surfaces and carved ebony handles and finial with beaded trim. Excellent original condition. Size of pot: 6 inches ht. x 7 inches across handle x 4.5 inches across spout.

A rare George III sterling silver set of caddies: including a pair of tea caddies and a larger matching sugar caddy. London, 1771, by the silversmith William Vincent, who specialized in wares for the tea table, especially tea caddies. Each is of a rectangular form with serpentine shaped sides, decorated with a repousse floral design, and with acanthus capped feet and floral finials, and each bears an engraved family crest of a dove holding an olive branch in its beak...

English George IV sterling silver wine jug, London, 1829, by silversmith Benjamin Preston. Size: 9 3/8 in. ht. x 7 1/2" x 5 in. 23.3 Troy ounces. An attractive and substantial hot water or wine jug, adorned with applied acanthus leaf motifs and repousse work. and supported on three scrolled feet. Engraved with family monogram in a cartouche, and with later presentation from 1928 on base. Nice condition but with a single push in on the underside where one foot attaches.

George III round waiter or card tray in sterling silver, London, 1802, by silversmith Thomas Wallis. Size: 6 inches diameter. No monogram 5.1 troy ounces/ 159 grams. No repairs, slight ripple in top commensurate with age and which does not detract from the appearance.

George III two-handled cup or porringer with repousse floral decoration, sterling silver, London, 1763, by silversmith William Cripps, engraved with owner's initials 'S*R' and date of '1764' in a cartouche. Legible hallmarks struck under base. Size: 6 1/4" across handles x 3 3/4" high x 3 5/8" diameter. Excellent condition with no repairs or erasures. Weight: 5.47 troy ounces

English George III period sterling silver oval tea caddy, London, 1796, by John Crouch I and Thomas Hannam. Size: 4 inches high x 4 inches long x 2 1/2 inches deep. Excellent condition with no repairs or damage. Engraved on the front with a family crest. Fully hallmarked on the side and also on the lid with lion passant and maker's stamp. The wooden finial is carved and is secured to the cover with a sterling nut.

George III sterling silver ink stand by Henry Chawner, London, 1795. The sterling boat-form stand holds three matching, faceted pots with sterling tops, including a sanding pot, inkwell, and pen holder. All pots bear identical hallmarks that match the full set of marks on the underside of the stand. Also incised with the engraved initials "D.A.D." and "No. 18" to underside of stand. Condition is very good, with only some minor chipping to the bases of two of the pots...

George III sterling silver oval cake basket with swing handle, London, 1800-1801, by famous silversmiths Robert & David Hennell. This basket is supported on an oval pedestal foot and has reeded decoration on the rims and handle, as well as a band of floral engraving. It is hallmarked with a full set of marks on the inside of the rim and with the lion passant and maker's stamps only on the handle. Excellent condition, no monogram, or repairs. Size: 14.25" length x 9.5" depth x 11" height.

This bowl was manufactured in London in 1784 by the famous partnership of silversmiths Daniel Smith and Robert Sharp, who produced silver for the firm of Parker and Wakelin, the Royal Goldsmiths who provided silver for the Prince of Wales and for much of the nobility of England. The bowl is formed of heavy gauge silver, weighing 10.37 troy ounces...

English George III sterling silver baluster form pint mug, London, 1780, probably by William Cox III. Size: 5 inches ht. x 5.25 inches x 3.75 inches. Weight - 12.3 troy ounces. This large-sized mug has an acanthus leaf-capped double scroll handle and is heavier than most comparable examples. Condition is good with no repairs, just a few minor bruises to the body. George III two handled sterling silver cup by silversmith John Langlands I, Newcastle, 1769. Size: 5 inches ht. x 7.5 inches wide x 4 inches diameter; 10.43 troy ounces. John Langlands came from a noted family of plate makers. The cup has two opposing scroll handles, each of which bears the18th century owners' engraved, shaded block initials - M*M and M.W. The body of the cup is encircled with an applied girdle and is supported on a circular, raised dome foot...
