George I sterling silver Hanoverian table spoon with rat tail to reverse of bowl and having a pronounced midrib to upturned handle with engraved shaded block initials of the original owners, A over P*A, above a slightly later second set, M*B. London, 1720, by the silversmith Henry Miller I. Length: 7 5/8". Condition: Excellent, with no wear, dents or cracks to the elliptical bowl. American art pottery puzzle mug by George E. Ohr. Circa 1915. Mint condition. This mug is fashioned from terra cotta colored clay covered in a striated brown glaze. Impressed on the underside "G.E. Ohr Biloxi Miss." The handle is adorned with a stylized rabbit's head, and the rim, handle and sides are perforated with a pattern of holes. Size: 3 3/4" ht. x 3 5/8" diameter x 5 1/8" across the handle.

English George III rectangular tea caddy in satinwood veneer. Circa 1790. The front and lid are adorned with oval fan paterae inlaid with harewood and the edges have ebonized stringing. Lenticular bone keyhole escutcheon. The interior dividers have been removed and the box is lined with red velvet. Original hinges and lock. Condition: very good overall with some fine hairlines in the veneer and with two areas of minor damage to the ebonized stringing at the two front corners of the lid...

A pair of extraordinary sterling silver circular cake plates by Galt & Brother. Circa 1920. Size: 11 1/8" diameter x 1 1/4" height. Each plate is intricately pierced and decorated with cherubs and griffins, and is supported on a short foot ring. In the center is a script family monogram. Condition is excellent.

A bachelor's size set of pear form, supported on three hoof feet, with cast and repousse scrolling foliate decoration to the bodies and covers. The ebony handles demonstrate fine, delicate turnings. No monograms. Excellent original condition with no repairs or dents. Size of pot: 5.75" high x 5.25" across the handle x 3" diameter.

French sewing etui fashioned in the form of a jade glass egg with gilt brass mounts, including the original sterling silver sewing tools: thimble, needle case, stiletto, scissors, and bodkin. Coin silver table spoon by Frederick Marquand in the fiddle and thread pattern. Circa 1820s. Frederick Marquand worked in Savannah, Georgia and in New York City. From 1820-1826 he worked in Savannah and then relocated to NYC . It is likely that this spoon was manufactured during his time in Savannah. Size: 8 3/4 inches length. 2.85 troy ounces. Engraved on handle with script initial 'F.' Excellent condition with no dings or wear to the bowl. Hallmarks are crisp and legible.

Frederick Carder designed Steuben art vase in a gold aurene iridescent finish with ruffled rim on a twisted pedestal stem. Circa 1905. An early example with a low production number '182'. Signed and numbered under base. Size: 8 3/4" high x 5 1/8" diameter. Excellent condition.

A contemporary match safe fashioned in the shape of a hound's head in sterling silver, London, by silversmith David A. Bowles, 2004. This match safe or vesta case is a contemporary copy of a Victorian original. It is very detailed and of heavy weight. The dog's collar hinges open to reveal the matches inside, and there is a striker under the chin. Fully hallmarked for London, 2004. Size: 2 inches length x 1.25 inches depth x 1 inch ht. Excellent original condition, with no damage.

A rare French porcelain figural inkstand in the form of a grazing cow, 19th century. This inkstand has a removable inkwell and sander and is modeled in the form of a grazing cow, complete with horns and bell, decorated in polychrome enamels, with overglaze gilt accents. It bears a blue pseudo Sevres mark on the underside. Continental, probably of French origin. Professional restoration to horns; also, there is a tiny manufacturing line on the edge of the base (see photo detail)...

Figural cow creamer, 800 silver, German, late 19th century. This heavy silver creamer is fashioned in the form of a cow with horns and with a curled tail that serves as the handle.
