Early American coin silver beaker by Newburyport, Mass. silversmith William Moulton IV. Circa 1800. This cup bears an original presentation inscription, engraved in script, with the name Heber Little. Condition is very good with no repairs. There are a couple of minor dents, the most noticeable being situated near the base of the vessel & aligning with the right hand end and below the name 'Little.' A pair of extraordinary sterling silver circular cake plates by Galt & Brother. Circa 1920. Size: 11 1/8" diameter x 1 1/4" height. The sterling boat-form stand holds three matching, faceted pots with sterling tops, including a sanding pot, inkwell, and pen holder. Pairpoint centerpiece in silverplate with cut crystal vase, fashioned in a classical style with female masks and garlands, and supported on paw feet. The removable crystal vase is decorated with diamond cut motifs and has a star in the base. Circa 1890-1915. Condition: Two small chips to the crystal (one on top rim; one on underside of base). Rare English Bilston type figural bonbonniere in the form of a seal's head, fashioned in painted enamels over copper. Circa 1760-1790. The cover is brass mounted and hand painted with two running hounds. The box is unmarked but was probably made at Bilston. Condition: some hairlines and with minor chipping and lines to the hinged cover; tiny blemish on animal's chin. Size: 1.5" length x 1.25" diameter. True period examples like this are scarce to the market.

An attractive and substantial hot water or wine jug, adorned with applied acanthus leaf motifs and repousse work. and supported on three scrolled feet. Engraved with family monogram in a cartouche, and with later presentation from 1928 on base. Nice condition but with a single push in on the underside where one foot attaches.
