A Russian silver mug engraved with two town scenes by Moscow silversmith M. Dimitriyev (1854-1877), dated 1869, assayer Viktor Savinkov. Excellent condition with gilded interior. Size: 3 3/4 inches ht. x 2 5/8 inches diameter. Silver standard: 84 zolotniks (.875 pure silver).

Scenic topographical silver gilt souvenir spoon with enameled bowl depicting a steam powered ocean liner, and the handle with an enamel flag. 5.25 inches length. Excellent condition, with no chips or damage. Unmarked.

Rare pair of Scottish sterling silver spurs from the Georgian period, bearing hallmarks for Edinburgh, 1813, maker N&G. These spurs are decorated with gadrooning and retain their original silver buckles and leather straps (not pictured). Condition is excellent, apart from two broken teeth on one of the iron rowels. Scottish three-piece sterling silver tea service, Edinburgh. 1824-25. Maker's mark CB, for Charles Bendy, known for his decanter labels, ladles and tea pots. Weight: 49.8 troy ounces. A rare set of compressed globular form resting on round, stepped pedestal bases. The gadrooned bodies are accented with decorative acanthus rims and handles, and the open sugar bowl and milk jug retain an original gilt wash to their interiors. No monograms or erasures. No dents or dings...

Continental standing cow creamer fashioned of 800 standard silver, with a German origin. Circa late 19th/early 20th century. The cow exhibits a pair of forward curling horns, has its tail curled on the top of its back, and displays a full udder. There is a hinged cover on its back for filling, and the cream pours through its mouth. Excellent condition and with wonderful detailing to the cow's features. The cow stands firmly, but has a very slight wobble. No repairs...

William III/ Queen Anne Britannia silver dognose spoon, London, marked only with maker's mark of Francis Archbold. Circa 1700. Rare early spoon showing the transition of styles from the trefid to dognose. The dognose form is so called because of the shape of the end of the handle, also sometimes referred to as 'wavy end.' This example retains the broad, shallow bowl and ribbed rat tail of the earlier trefid form but without the characteristic notches in the terminal of the trefid...

Continental singing bird-in-cage automaton. Circa. 1900. Probably French or Swiss. Bird fashioned from real feathers, with glass eyes, and on a brass perch. Key-wind mechanism inside base of cage causes bird to sing various bird songs, while moving beak and turning head. Some loss to bird’s feathers. Musical movement is operational but sometimes hesitates, requiring a slight titling action to restore it, so probably requires some adjustment. Size: 12.5” ht.

S. Kirk & Son Co. oversize repousse sterling silver salad serving set with solid silver fork and spoon. Circa 1896. No monogram. Size: 9 1/8" length. Stamped: S. KIRK & SON CO. STERLING on reverse of stem. Condition: No dents, repairs or damage, only some surface scratching in bowl and on tines. Repousse decoration is crisp. Priced much below Replacements.com.

A fabulous repousse decorated sterling silver water pitcher by S. Kirk & Son Co., Baltimore. Circa 1900. This ewer is adorned all-over in an unusual repousse pattern with cat tails, ferns and roses. Excellent condition with no dents or repairs. Stamped under base "S.Kirk&SonCo. 925/1000 184". Size: 10 inches high x 8 inches across handle/spout. A superb example of Baltimore silver.

Staffordshire pottery cottage bank, 19th century, with applied floral garland around door. Size: 4.5" ht. x 4.25" wide x 2.25" deep. Overall crazing to glaze, and a more pronounced craze line encircling one of the chimney bases, though it does not appear to be a crack. Some damage to two of the applied flowers surrounding the door.
