Pierre-Auguste Renoir (French, 1841-1919), Le Chapeau Epingle ('The Pinned Hat'), drypoint etching, originally published in 1894. This version is a later posthumous restrike. Signed in the plate. The two girl models are known to have been Julie Manet, the daughter of Berthe Morisot and niece of Eduard Manet, and her cousin, Paulette Gobillard. Plate size: 4.5" x 3.25". A nice strong image, printed on light cream paper. Excellent condition...

Unsigned, but with pencil inscription on reverse,"M.E.Kumm" and with provenance from the artist's estate, and then deaccessioned by Georgetown University in 1996. Excellent condition. Offered in a gilt wood frame.

"Lady", portrait of a collie by artist Arthur B. Wilder (American, 1857-1949), oil on canvas, signed and dated 1925 in lower right. Size: 24" x 20". Lady was the Wilder family's dog and a favorite subject for Arthur's depictions of home life. He loved dogs and often painted them. An inscription on the reverse reads, "To Junior from Dad 1937." The canvas also retains early labels from when it was loaned to the Woodstock Inn for exhibition...

French art glass pate-de-verre bumble bee ring dish by Almeric Walter, Nancy, circa 1920's. Designed by Henri Berge. Size: 3 7/8 inches length x 2 3/8 inches width x 1 1/8 inches height. A boat shaped frosted glass dish shading to yellow and green, adorned with a three dimensional figure of a bumble bee resting on the rim. Excellent condition. Signed: Berge SC. A. English Art Nouveau style sterling silver teaspoon by A.E. Jones, Birmingham, 1928. Length: 5.25 inches. Excellent condition. This handwrought spoon has a hammered spade-shaped bowl and a pierced, figural foliate finial. Fully hallmarked on the reverse of the bowl. Excellent condition with no damage or repairs. Legible hallmarks. A scarce little spoon.

Impressed maker's marks to underside of base. Size: 7 inches high. Excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or restoration.

"Pung and Chow" - by Marguerite Kirmse (British/American, 1885-1954), original signed etching on wove paper. Date: 1923. Image size: 6 in. x 8.5 in. Artist's proof ltd. edition print. Pencil signed and titled by the artist in the lower margin. Offered in the original frame with gallery label of Arthur H. Harlow & Co., Rare Etchings and Engravings, 712 Fifth Ave., New York. An etching of two Pekingese dogs, Pung and Chow. Kirmse is best known for her drawings and etchings of dogs.

Art Nouveau crystal decanter with sterling silver engraved floral overlay and a narrow tall neck. Circa 1900-1920. Size: 12.75 inches ht. No loss to any silver overlay, no cracks, ,minor roughness to base of original stopper, and light cloudiness to interior. McGinn family engraved name.
