"Vermont Village in Winter" by Arthur B. Wilder (American, 1857-1949), oil on artist board, signed & dated lower left 1947, titled on reverse. Size: 20" x 24". Excellent condition with a fresh bright palette. An eye-catching impressionist winter landscape by Arthur Wilder, painted late in his life, probably of the hills surrounding Woodstock, Vermont. Wilder is best known for his winter views. During Calvin Coolidge's presidency, a winter scene by Wilder hung in the White House.

Luigi Lucioni (Italian/American, 1900-1988), oil on artist board, 6 inches x 9 inches, dated 1943. This small landscape painting depicts the panoramic view from the summit of Mt. Equinox, in Manchester, VT, with hazy peaks overshadowed by foreboding skies and rain falling in the distance. It is signed and dated in the lower left. Excellent condition, with only a recent, professional cleaning and offered in an antique giltwood frame.

A vintage English cut crystal dresser or powder jar on a pedestal foot with a sterling silver cover decorated with engine turning. "Deserted Station" watercolor painting by Frederick Clay Bartlett, Jr. (American, 1907-1955). Signed lower right and dated Sept. 1942. Clay Bartlett was a Vermont artist with a residence in Manchester, VT. He was a member of the Southern Vermont Artists from 1934-1951. This painting depicts an abandoned railway station with its shutters closed and with a stationary train on the adjacent tracks. Size: 13" x 19" (sight). Excellent condition.
