Antique Chippendale commode potty chest/chair. Mahogany and pine. An attractive diminutive sized chest which folds up into a chair with potty cut out seat. Though mainly of 18th century origin, this chest has experienced many alterations and repairs, including a 20th century plywood potty covering. Other portions of the interior shelving and base have been reworked, also in the 20th century. The brass bail front pulls are original, but the side carrying handles are later additions...

Double ended Victorian scent bottle of faceted ruby colored glass with gold filled, foliate engraved metal end caps. The bottle is divided at the midpoint to form two separate scent vials. One end has a cap that opens with a button and hinge, while the other has a screw cap of similar appearance. Engraved initial 'B' on caps. Circa 1880s. Unmarked, but probably English. No internal stopper. Condition is excellent with no chips or cracks or dents (one cap fitting is slightly loose)...

A scarce set of five Irish sterling silver forks, by silversmith Peter Weeks, and each bearing hallmarks for Dublin in 1842-1843. Fashioned in the fiddle pattern, and each with a matching, engraved on the handle with a family crest of an arm dexter, bent and holding a dagger. Very good condition with some wear to the tines. Clear, legible hall marks. Length: 7.75 inches. Weight: 12.1 troy ounces.

George I style sterling silver sugar caster, London, 1908, manufactured by the Gold and Silversmiths Company Ltd., of octagonal baluster form and with an intricately pierced top. Size: 6.5 inches ht. Weight - 4 troy ounces. Condition: very good, no monogram, with only a tiny ding to body (see photo detail), no wobble, stamped with a complete set of matching hallmarks on the body and on the cover and with manufacturer's full name struck on underside of base.

A sculptured bronze match holder with striker modeled in the form of a fox caught in a trap. Continental origin. Mid to late 19th century. Size: 4.25 inches length x 2.25 inches height x 3 inches depth. Excellent as-found condition. The fox is standing amidst foliage by a tree stump (which serves as the match holder) with his left fore paw caught in a metal snare. His expression displays the distress caused by his predicament. The fox is cast separately and attached to the base.
