Georgian oak single door hanging corner cupboard. English. 18th century. Size: 43 inches ht. x 30.5 inches width x 13.5 inches depth. The door with a carved, raised panel and brass 'H' hinges. The interior arranged with four shelves.
19th century landscape painting of horses pulling a cart of logs across a ford in a river, with a dog and cows looking on. Oil on canvas. Unsigned. Circa 1870s. Size: 22 in. x 34 in. Offered in the original gold leaf wood frame with Boston, MA framer's label. Some old repairs and restoration.
Pairpoint centerpiece in silverplate with cut crystal vase, fashioned in a classical style with female masks and garlands, and supported on paw feet. The removable crystal vase is decorated with diamond cut motifs and has a star in the base. Circa 1890-1915. Condition: Two small chips to the crystal (one on top rim; one on underside of base). Marked on the underside with Pairpoint stamps and the number C1536. Size: 7" x 7" x 16.25" ht.
China Trade School painting of Fishermen on a River. Oil on canvas. Late 19th century. Size: 13 inches x 16 inches. Unsigned. In this painting, fisherman are casting their nets in a river along the banks of their village, while family members watch from the shore. Offered in an antique carved, gilt-wood frame. All original with round, tilting beveled glass mirror, metal coat hooks (4 large, 2 small and 2 swivel), two umbrella/cane holders with carved barley twist front supports and tin drip pans, lift-up seat with storage beneath, and decorative beading. Size: 77" ht. x 45" wide x 13" deep. Original maker's label on reverse. Excellent condition.

English George IV sterling silver wine jug, London, 1829, by silversmith Benjamin Preston. Size: 9 3/8 in. ht. x 7 1/2" x 5 in. 23.3 Troy ounces. An attractive and substantial hot water or wine jug, adorned with applied acanthus leaf motifs and repousse work. and supported on three scrolled feet. Engraved with family monogram in a cartouche, and with later presentation from 1928 on base. Nice condition but with a single push in on the underside where one foot attaches.
Minton hand painted botanical dessert service, including eight 9" dessert plates and 1 dessert stand. Date code for 1869. Each plate has a cobalt border with rich gilding and a hand-painted central reserve depicting various species of flowers, butterflies, berries, and insects. The stand has the same matching border but no botanical scene. All of the plates bear an impressed Minton mark; the stand is unmarked...

A bachelor's size set of pear form, supported on three hoof feet, with cast and repousse scrolling foliate decoration to the bodies and covers. The ebony handles demonstrate fine, delicate turnings. Rare sterling silver spectacles in a green shagreen eye glasses case with silver mounts. Circa 1790-1800. The silver eyeglasses are unmarked, but are probably English, with folding frames.
