Figural cow creamer, 800 silver, German, late 19th century. This heavy silver creamer is fashioned in the form of a cow with horns and with a curled tail that serves as the handle. A hinged cover adorned with a fly on the cow's back is used to fill the creamer, and the cream is poured from the cow's mouth. Size: 3 3/4 inches ht. x 5 3/8 inches length x 2 inches depth. 4.76 troy ounces. Condition: one of the cow's legs is bent, but the creamer rests firmly on a table without any wobble...

There is a chip to the glass foot ring, which is covered by a sterling silver mount, hallmarked by E.H. Stockwell, London 1872. Otherwise condition is excellent. An English figural centerpiece epergne with intertwined palm trees and antlered stag, unmarked but possibly by Elkington & Co. Circa 1865. There are three candelabra arms and a fourth central light that converts to hold a glass, trumpet shaped flower vase. Wonderful detailing and in very good overall condition, but with minor solder repairs to several of the fronds, some bent, and with a couple of frond tips missing...

A rare English George III pear form fruitwood tea caddy. 18th century. Size: 8.75 inches height. x 4.5 inches diameter. Retaining wooden stem, original brass hinge, scalloped metal key escutcheon (lock not working) and remnants of foil lining. Condition is very good, with two drying age cracks in the lid which have been filled at some point in the past. Lovely patina. Original Georgian fruit-form tea caddies are scarce to find.
