Mt. Washington Glass Works Crown Milano glass cracker biscuit jar of ribbed, melon form in a satin finish with a buff color shading to orange and with hand painted oak leaf decoration. The collar, swing handle and cover are of pewter. Condition is excellent with no chips or cracks to the glass and the decoration is crisp. The cover is Mt. Washington and is stamped "MW 537," however, there is some play in its fitting, and it may be a marriage from another jar...

A rare and early chalk ware figure of a resting spaniel with finely molded detailing, glass eyes and the original finish. Circa 1870's to 1890's. Size: 16 inches long x 4 inches high x 11 inches deep. A few minor chips to the underside, not visible on the exterior, and minor scuffing consistent with the age.
A Norwegian tea strainer by the noted silversmith David Andersen. The gilded sterling strainer is adorned in blue enamel with white beaded jewels and is stamped on the reverse with "925" and with the Andersen mark for the period 1924-1939. Size: 4 3/4" length x 2 7/8 inches diameter...
Old English tablespoon by England's most famous female silversmith, Hester Bateman. London. 1780. Original owner's engraved monogram in feathered script, 'JMA.' Very good condition with no repairs. Egg-shaped bowl retains its shape. Bottom marked with some compressing of hallmarks but still very legible. HB maker's mark is quite clear. 8 inch length.
Early William III Britannia standard silver trefid tablespoon, London, 1699, by silversmith Francis Archbold, length 7.25 inches. The shallow bowl gilded on the interior and with a double ribbed and beaded rat tail. The upturned handle's terminal is cut with two notches. Hallmarks are quite well struck apart from the date letter which is worn but still legible. The higher Britannia silver standard of 95.84% was introduced in 1697 but is rarely found after 1730...
A rare Georgian silver mote spoon with narrow oval bowl intricately hand-pierced with scroll and cross motifs, attached with an elongated drop to a slender, long and tapered stem with diamond point terminal. Size: 6 1/8" length. Excellent condition with no wear to bowl, and with no breaks or repairs. Stamped at the bowl end of the stem with two indiscernible hallmarks (probably a lion passant standard mark and maker's stamp)...

Lenticular bone keyhole escutcheon. The interior dividers have been removed and the box is lined with red velvet. Original hinges and lock. Condition: very good overall with some fine hairlines in the veneer and with two areas of minor damage to the ebonized stringing at the two front corners of the lid...

George III sterling silver oval cake basket with swing handle, London, 1800-1801, by famous silversmiths Robert & David Hennell. This basket is supported on an oval pedestal foot and has reeded decoration on the rims and handle, as well as a band of floral engraving. It is hallmarked with a full set of marks on the inside of the rim and with the lion passant and maker's stamps only on the handle. Excellent condition, no monogram, or repairs. Size: 14.25" length x 9.5" depth x 11" height.

Sterling silver loaded handles with thread decoration and engraved family crest of a swan with outstretched wings rising from a coronet; replaced stainless steel blades. Hallmarked with maker's mark of Paul Storr on one side and with full set of assay marks, with date letters for 1819 and 1820, on the other side. Excellent condition...
