Rare three-legged turned chair. English. Circa 1610-1650. The three-legged version is the earliest form of turned chair, sometimes referred to as a "Turner's chair." All of the parts are turned on a lathe, except for the seat which is let into the supporting seat rails. These chairs first appeared in England and the Continent in the 16th century and continued to be in fashion until about 1660...

A rare and early chalk ware figure of a resting spaniel with finely molded detailing, glass eyes and the original finish. Circa 1870's to 1890's. Size: 16 inches long x 4 inches high x 11 inches deep. A few minor chips to the underside, not visible on the exterior, and minor scuffing consistent with the age.

A diminutive sized early American tall chest with two drawers over 5 graduated drawers, retaining the original Queen Anne brass pulls, and supported on a bracket base with scrolled profile. Early American Chippendale tall chest, Pennsylvania origin. Circa 1760-1780. Size: 64 1/2 inches ht. x 45 3/8 inches wide x 23 1/2 inches deep. Figured walnut. This chest has three horizontally positioned top drawers above five finely graduated drawers, flanked with fluted quarter columns, and supported on ogee form bracket feet. Older replaced oval brass bail pulls. Excellent antique condition.

An attractive American Chippendale period slant front desk in yellow birch, with pine secondary wood. Circa 1775-1790. Size: 39.25 inches wide x 19.75 inches deep x 40.5 inches ht. The desk has four graduated drawers with molded lips, supported on an ogee bracket base. The fitted interior features a combination of pigeon holes and drawers arranged around a central prospect door, which conceals a hidden drawer. Probably of a New England origin. Double ended Victorian scent bottle of faceted ruby colored glass with gold filled, foliate engraved metal end caps. The bottle is divided at the midpoint to form two separate scent vials. One end has a cap that opens with a button and hinge, while the other has a screw cap of similar appearance. Engraved initial 'B' on caps. Circa 1880s. Unmarked, but probably English. No internal stopper. Condition is excellent with no chips or cracks or dents (one cap fitting is slightly loose)...
