A Continental lowboy in walnut and walnut veneers. 18th century. Size: 32 3/8 inches wide X 21 1/2 inches deep X 30 inches high. Walnut veneered and cross banded top with line inlay above a long and two short drawers with a boldly scalloped apron and supported by cabriole legs with raised carved shells on the knees and with ball and claw feet. Brasses are later replacements.

British/American Light Dragoon flintlock pistol, of a type used in the American Revolutionary War. Circa 1770s-1780s. Original patina. Overall length: 10.75 inches. Unconverted flintlock mechanism, and retaining the ramrod.

A diminutive sized early American tall chest with two drawers over 5 graduated drawers, retaining the original Queen Anne brass pulls, and supported on a bracket base with scrolled profile. Excellent condition.

New England Queen Anne period maple highboy. 18th century. Size: 40.5 inches wide x 21 inches deep x 68 inches high. A two-part flat top highboy in solid maple with some tiger to the end panels. The upper chest has 5 graduated drawers, and the base displays a single drawer above 3 drawers, with the central drawer carved with a fan. The case is supported on cabriole legs with pad feet. The apron of the base is ornamented with a complex carved scroll design. Brasses are old replacements...

A Georgian sterling silver pap boat by famous female silversmith Hester Batemen, London, 1784. No repairs or dents. Fully hallmarked below top rim. Size: 4.5 inches length x 2.75 inches depth x 1 inch height. Pap boats were used for the feeding of infants and invalids.

A rare George III sterling silver set of caddies: including a pair of tea caddies and a larger matching sugar caddy. London, 1771, by the silversmith William Vincent, who specialized in wares for the tea table, especially tea caddies. Each is of a rectangular form with serpentine shaped sides, decorated with a repousse floral design, and with acanthus capped feet and floral finials, and each bears an engraved family crest of a dove holding an olive branch in its beak...

Chinese export porcelain plates decorated for the English market. Qianlong period. 18th century. The wavy edged rim is bordered with garlands of summer flowers, surrounding a central reserve with a hand-painted floral bouquet, all trimmed with fine bands of gilding. Georgian sterling silver table spoon in the very scarce Onslow or Scroll pattern. London, c.1765, maker's mark rubbed. Size: 8 1/8 inches length. Bowl in excellent condition with no dings or wear to the tip of the bowl. A family armorial with a Baron's coronet is engraved on the reverse of the handle. The cast scroll finial is attached to the stem with a scarf joint as was the practice on genuine examples of the period in this pattern. Weight: 1.88 troy ounces...

George III sterling silver ink stand by Henry Chawner, London, 1795. The sterling boat-form stand holds three matching, faceted pots with sterling tops, including a sanding pot, inkwell, and pen holder. All pots bear identical hallmarks that match the full set of marks on the underside of the stand. Also incised with the engraved initials "D.A.D." and "No. 18" to underside of stand. Condition is very good, with only some minor chipping to the bases of two of the pots...

Turned ivory handle; the silver bell engraved with all-over decoration including motifs of foliate scrolls, birds, swags, and an armoured helm, together with a family crest. An extremely fine George II silver taperstick by candlestick specialist John Cafe, London, 1742, cast in sterling silver. Size: 4.5 inches ht. No repairs or damage. Fully hallmarked on the under side of the base. Hallmarks are clear, apart from that of the maker which is only partially legible. 4 troy ounces total weight.

Rare English Bilston type figural bonbonniere in the form of a seal's head, fashioned in painted enamels over copper. Circa 1760-1790. The cover is brass mounted and hand painted with two running hounds. The box is unmarked but was probably made at Bilston. Condition: some hairlines and with minor chipping and lines to the hinged cover; tiny blemish on animal's chin. Size: 1.5" length x 1.25" diameter. True period examples like this are scarce to the market.
