A rare French porcelain figural inkstand in the form of a grazing cow, 19th century. This inkstand has a removable inkwell and sander and is modeled in the form of a grazing cow, complete with horns and bell, decorated in polychrome enamels, with overglaze gilt accents. It bears a blue pseudo Sevres mark on the underside. Continental, probably of French origin. A 'Chaise Longue' after a design by Le Corbusier and Charlotte Perriand - the LC-4 model. From the Basics Le Corbusier line by Palazzetti, introduced in 1981, with attached foil label. Antique New York state Federal three-drawer work table or stand, in mahogany with curly maple drawer fronts and brass petal pulls. Circa 1820.
