| Pair of French bronze candelabra by Henry Cahieux. Circa 1850-60. Foundry: Ferdinand Barbedienne. Each candelabrum has a cast bronze, brown patinated amphora with scenes of classical figures in relief, supported on a black marble and gilt bronze base with paw feet, and is topped with three gilt bronze candle holders and wheat finial. Condition: One bobeche is a replacement; fine line in corner of one marble base (see photo detail). Size: 23 3/8 inches high x 9 1/2 inches diameter. | ||
