Scarce Massachusetts State Seal sword belt plate buckle. Circa 1850-1860s. Cast brass, with die stamped decoration. A Model 1850 Mass. sword belt plate of early cast construction with circular sprue mark visible on the reverse; the front with a detailed depiction of the Seal of Massachusetts struck with a steel die. Carved bone and ebony Civil War era dominoes. Mid 19th century. This complete set is comprised of 28 tiles carved from bone, laminated onto ebony, secured with brass pins. They are offered in their original wooden case with sliding cover. Box measures: 6.75" x 2.25" x 2.4". Condition is very good, but exhibiting some signs of wear and minor chipping to some tiles. All in all a great early game.

Excelsior mechanical cast iron bank with wooden monkey cashier by Hall. Patented in 1869 as the first mechanical cast iron bank. Wooden monkey cashier pops up from cupola to receive coin and then deposits it into the bank. It is unusual to find these banks with the monkey still intact. Retaining most of the original painted surface. Size: 5 inches ht. x 4 inches x 3 .75 inches.
