A wonderfully ornate English sterling silver teapot, London, 1838, maker BD (possibly Benjamin Reese Dexter). Dating from the beginning of Queen Victoria's reign, this tea pot is embossed with scroll and acanthus leaf decoration on the compressed body & spout, and rests on four shell feet. The finial on the lid is in the form of a flower. All of the silver components are stamped with matching hallmarks. Size: 11.75" length x 6.75" diameter x 5.75" ht. A stunning European, probably French, sideboard/cabinet adorned with carved griffins, urns and rosettes in the Aesthetic Movement style. Circa 1880-1890s. Size: 56.5 inches length x 20 inches depth x 44.25 inches height. Solid oak with a reddish orange marble top ( a later replacement). There are two hidden frieze drawers with rosettes above a double door cabinet, carved with griffin handled urn motifs.

A large country hutch table with round 56 inches diameter pine top, that hinges upright on an oak chair base with seat and turned legs. Age: 19th century. Table top height - 29 3/4 inches. Pegged construction with removable top secured by wooden dowels. It is rare to find one of these chair tables with such a large diameter and with no restrictive stretcher base; great overhang. Will seat 6-8 people with comfort. Excellent condition.

Pair of Chinese yoke back arm chairs. Late 19th century. Shanxi province. Elmwood. Dimensions: 43.5 inches height x 25.25 inches width x 22 inches depth. Seat height is 19.5 inches. Each chair has a back splat with carved figural panels. Condition: repair to break on one arm, replaced glue blocks on undersides of seats, some scuffing to one side stretcher on base. Antique finely inlaid micro mosaic plaque with cocker spaniel. Mid 19th century. No cracks. A very early Roman micro mosaic plaque of a spaniel fashioned from miniature colored glass tesserae set in beveled black onyx glass, in subtle colors of green, brown and white finely fitted to create a most realistic depiction. Originally made to be set as a brooch but never mounted. Size: 1 1/4 inches x 1 5/8 inches.

A French Manche a Gigot bone holder used to secure a leg of lamb or mutton while carving. The handle bears the French guarantee mark of the first silver standard (.950) and the holder, with its crown shaped terminal and trefoil screw, is of silverplated steel. Circa 1860-80. Rare John Wendt Medallion pattern sterling cream dipper, marked BALL, BLACK & CO. 925 PATENT. Wendt did not hallmark his silver, but many of his pieces bear these stamps. The handle end bears a medallion with a helmeted Greek warrior in profile, and the bucket-form bowl retains its original gilding. Circa 1865. Size: 6.5 inches. Scarce Chrysanthemum pattern sterling silver porringer by Tiffany and Co. Circa 1899-1900. This porringer was manufactured while Charles L. Tiffany was president of the company. Size: 8 7/8" x 5 1/4" diameter. 1 Pint capacity. Excellent condition, no monogram. Carved ivory handle with chrysanthemum motif, which matches the applied silver chrysanthemum decoration to the rim of the porringer.

American document box with folk art inlaid design. Mahogany. Mid 19 century. A ripple edge molding adorns all edges as well as the base of this box. The top and sides are decorated with contrasting light and dark wood inlays, including a compass point and six stars on the lid and a heart and scroll design to the front. Included are six dinner plates (10 in.), two soup plates (10 in.), and a large 19 in. oval serving platter. These total 9 pieces. The decoration is hand colored, and the two soup plates have a different coloring to the central design than the other pieces. The platter measures 15 in. x 19 in.

Staffordshire pottery cottage bank, 19th century, with applied floral garland around door. Size: 4.5" ht. x 4.25" wide x 2.25" deep. Overall crazing to glaze, and a more pronounced craze line encircling one of the chimney bases, though it does not appear to be a crack. Some damage to two of the applied flowers surrounding the door.

An English figural centerpiece epergne with intertwined palm trees and antlered stag, unmarked but possibly by Elkington & Co. Circa 1865. There are three candelabra arms and a fourth central light that converts to hold a glass, trumpet shaped flower vase. Wonderful detailing and in very good overall condition, but with minor solder repairs to several of the fronds, some bent, and with a couple of frond tips missing...
