New Hampshire country Federal era four-drawer chest. Circa 1820s. Size: 43 inches width x 21 inches depth x 41 inches height. This attractive Sheraton-style chest retains its original finish with brown stain over maple. The four graduated drawers are veneered in birds-eye maple and have their original wooden pulls. Pair of Chinese yoke back arm chairs. Late 19th century. Shanxi province. Elmwood. Dimensions: 43.5 inches height x 25.25 inches width x 22 inches depth. Seat height is 19.5 inches. Each chair has a back splat with carved figural panels. Condition: repair to break on one arm, replaced glue blocks on undersides of seats, some scuffing to one side stretcher on base. Structurally sound.
A Victorian tilt-top Loo table. Circa 1860. Size: 46 inches x 33.75 inches x 28 inches ht. This oval gaming table has a wonderfully ornate book-matched burl walnut veneered top, trimmed with a contrasting ebony and inlaid burl border. The walnut pedestal base is adorned with four turned columns and a delicate central finial, all supported by four carved saber-form legs with scroll feet. A Shaker #4 rocker with shawl bar from the Mount Lebanon, New York community, unsigned but attributed to the maker Robert Wagan. Circa 1880. Old black painted finish with what is probably the original woven splint seat (with some breaks and wear consistent with the age). Dimensions: 33.75" ht. x 22" width x 28" depth. Seat height: 15". Branded on the upper slat with the numeral '4'. No breaks or splits to the wood of the chair.
Victorian high-style carved walnut pedestal with spiral supporting column and carved classical masks. Circa 1880s. Excellent condition but missing two acorn-shaped hanging pendants below the corners of the top, and with some tight age cracks to the central support.
